Literally have that same setup minus the guitars, just got the new monitor to top it off because -blam!- tvs

I was going to run another HMDI cord to the second port on my tv from my laptop but it would interfere with the mouse too much for me to want that. I may adjust it in the coming weeks to work that out though.

Yea I got my laptop plugged into my Xbox one then my Xbox one and 360 into the monitor, nice to finally have a complete setup
