Only way I can get a kill with that test rocket launcher is to suicide bomb someone. It is just misserable.

Lmao. Even suiciding people would leave them with some health. I would wait on top of a ramp and fire down so it would (hopefully) kill them. I pray that the rocket launcher never needs to be re tested in crucible.
