Roaming; I.e. Golden gun, sunbreaker
Single Use; I.e. Fist of havoc, nova bomb
Maybe a fist of havoc can survive because it's a ONE TIME USE SUPER, whereas sunbreakers can run around the map...[/b]

No. Lol. Roaming supers are things like BladeDancer, Golden Gun, Quiver NightStalker, SunBreaker, StormCaller. Things that can actually cover ground. Nova Bomb is ranged, it isn't walking on it's own. From google - move about or travel aimlessly or unsystematically, especially over a wide area. "tigers once roamed over most of Asia" I don't think FoH goes on for a long time, or covers much ground in PvP. So you are wrong. One and done supers do not roam. After you use your super, you can continue using it - that is a roaming super. After you use your super - you can't use it anymore - One and done super. Like it or not. I'm done here, take the truth in.

Have you ever used death from above from titans. They travel far (moving) Nova bomb voidwalkers moves aimlessly to hit its target. Yes you can stand still and use them but they can be used while moving. Voidwalker: group of team is at heavy ammo. Voidwalker jump blinks activates moving fires. Striker activating death from below can go from one half of a map to the other... Your "move"

By this logic, every super in the game is roaming. When we talk about a roaming super, we mean one which you activate, and are then able to roam about for X number of seconds with the super active. It doesn't mean you can move as you activate it. Nova bomb for example. I can jump, blink, whatever before firing it. As soon as I activate the super, I get a second or so of animation, then it fires in whatever direction I'm pointing in and it's done. One and done. Then take radiance. I can run, jump, slide, whatever before activating it. Once I activate it, I get a second or so of animation, and then I can run around whilst in the super. Roaming. This is not a difficult concept. Ward of Dawn is the only one where the line is blurred I suppose. While the Titan can undoubtedly roam after using it, the bubble itself is stationary. I guess it's a bit of both.

I'm not sure I get your point. Are you saying that any movement at all classifies a super as roaming? Even if you're not in direct control of the movement?

All im saying is roaming is equivalent to moving. Doesnt matter if you cant control it or hit someone. Your moving right? Tiny pixels in the game

Yeah, that's fine. I'm not trying to argue with you about the dictionary definition of the word "roaming". In the context of this game, however, my explanation is correct. Nova bomb/FoH don't allow you to run around after activation. GG, Radiance etc do. Roaming may not be the official word for it but that's what they've come to be known as and frankly it makes perfect sense to me.

I'm also not going to dispute that. Go into nova bomb with some momentum and you'll keep moving as you fire it. That said, moving an inch is not roaming. Roaming implies considerable distance. You wouldn't take a step to the side and declare you'd roamed, would you?

Equivalent means the same. You cannot roam without moving, but you can move without roaming. They are not, therefore, equivalent. One is a single type of the other. For example: all lions are cats. Not all cats are lions. Their definitions aren't equivalent.

There is no point in any map, where it can travel halfway and hit a target with precise accuracy everytime. If at all. Just read my last comment. You're done here. There's not a single person with a brain that agrees that a one and done super is on the same level of roaming as a GG, StormCaller, or SunBreaker. Take the L.
