The only thing that would be plausible to nerf is the time increase on Transcendence.
Besides that there isn't anything that's actually broken about it.

Oh please, shield for making contact with melee, that's worse than hammer Titans health...kills I could understand, but literally double health for making contact with the easiest melee in the game?
