You get 200 for free, and another 200 if you played at all from that announcement to December. That makes the 400 you got originally, since logging on to redeem the first 200 got you another 200. You've spent it already.

so when was it stated that it was 200 free and 200 for logging in as from a players point of view i only ever saw 1 figure in my account which was the 400 so t me that is the initial deposit..

If you have a buddy who hasn't played since they announced silver, you will see that there is 200 silver in their account.

All of my Destiny "buddies" are daily players... so we have only ever seen this initial figure of 400.. If I had a friend who hadn't played since the announcement in October (78 days ago) that would not be a very good advert for the game.
