To people offended by all the merry Christmas posts...
If you're so offended why would you go one the post? Not only that but there's a thing called religious tolerance and if you don't know what that means it's when yo still respect someone regardless of there religion. If you have a problem with Christmas and don't celebrate it, too bad then deal with it. If you do celebrate it, cool merry Christmas! I'm not saying you shouldn't be offended (actually that's almost exactly what I'm saying) but these are the forums for a video game! Why would there even be anything to do with religion on here? Just be happy and celebrate whatever it is you celebrate.........

1 ReplyI'm intolerant of most religions. Buddhism and Sikhism get a pass because they're nice religions, but screw everything to do with the Abrahamic religions. You choose your stupid beliefs and I can mock you for it. Just like I can mock someone who chooses to believe 1+1=3 or chooses to believe in ghosts. Religion isn't protected. It's not something you're born with like gender, race or sexuality so it's fine to be intolerant of it.

On a trip into NY a few years ago i wished an old Jewish man a Merry Christmas then thinking i may of offended him i tried to apologise and he stopped me. He said that saying Merry Christmas Happy Haunaka or any of the others is a beautiful greeting and he was happy i saw fit to greet him in such a friendly manner. If anyone is angry over seeing any of these greetings they are just angry with life and beyond anyones help so i say wish them a Merry Christmas. So to each and every one of you out there i say Merry Christmas

Let's be honest, for the majority of people, even my Christian friends, Christmas is basically a secular holiday now. Even for people who might go to a Christmas Eve service, the main focus is still Santa and presents. I mean, I have Jewish friends that celebrate Christmas.

There will always be some little -blam!- nugget claiming to be offended just because they are indeed a -blam!- nugget Having said that, if there is anybody truly offended by the biggest religious/national holiday in the world then I encourage to come knock my door and voice your opinion. Be warned though I've got a dog dressed in a Santa costume willing to bite Merry Christmas everyone(even the infidels) :-D
