Tough call... Star Wars has lightsabers, but Star Trek has Seven of Nine...
Seriously though, love them both - they're just two different types of sci-fi.
For me it's sorta like deciding which is better between Dune or I dunno, SG-1 or something. Plus, Trek was always more about the tv shows, and Star Wars was always more about the movies. And imo, Star Trek was more of a place to live in if that makes sense and Star Wars was more of a 'wow that was cool' kinda thing.
