Good job. I love the tone and the approach to introducing the guardians. However, the word dematerialized is used incorrectly sometimes and should be interchanged with "materialized." Overall it's great. Just minor grammatical errors

i was trying to defer between "dematerializing" with when the ghosts dismantle matter into anti-matter and store it ... wherever it is they do, and "materializing" being when then bring it back, and turn the anti-matter into regular state if it seems confusing, i'll have to find different words to use, was trying to par with something "science-fiction-y"
