It's always been pretty reliable for me. Try waiting until 5 mins after zero, if the event doesn't happen by then move on. I knocked this out really fast using that site.

I have waited 6 minutes afterward every time. The only thing that comes are Taken or Eliminate the Target in a completely different time frame.

That's well strange....it's hit and miss with what you get in that zone but if you target a zone that can spawn a warsat event you usually get one. I gone mine in the Mothyards, Archers Line, and the Zone off to the right of spawn on Mars (can't remember it's name). This was a couple months ago, maybe they adjusted the spawn rates?

This. A lot of times they will occur a couple minutes after the timer, that's why they show the negative numbers.
