Once you hand in the 4 relics to Banshee-44, you're ready to start the quest.
"The First Firewall" mission appears in the directory on the 7th of every month. You'll have to wait until then to complete that mission- you want to make sure you do, since it's only available for a day. After, you can complete the rest of the quest at your own pace.

Thank you so much this just cleared everything up I can't believe I gotta wait so long. but do you know if there is a way to check how many fusion rifles you have so far because I don't know if I have them all but then again I've not been getting anymore for like the past 2-3 days I'm not sure if that's a sign saying I have them or not?

No problem. Unfortunatey, there's no way to check how many you've collected. But based on my experience, once you begin to realize that you aren't seeing them pop up anymore (after you've already found a few at least), you've probably got em all.

Ok once again thx and just as a safety precaution I'm gonna grind for relics on my hunter as well so I know for sure how many I have when the 7th comes back around lol
