I have, he made me pay a 75 dollar fine, and got caught in NYC smoking a joint walking, they just stepped on it and sent me on my way

In a large city honestly I hear that all the time, come to the small town I live in and get the most time you can for whatever you have. This county is known for slamming people left and right over petty crimes.
