The daily is only once a day per account, did you already do it on another character?

It definitely didn't work on the Skolas daily, tried it twice.

1st time completing it and no not at the 200 mark cap

Do you know how many marks you had beforehand? Some players reported that the cut scene actually covered the rewards but they did get the marks.
