Daleks are really weak. Poor mobility and weaponry, despite the hype.

And inpentrable shields and extremely powerful weapons.

They can fly, at relatively fast speeds, to boot. Their lasers are also a one hit kill, no exceptions.

The lasers, or the Daleks? Because both are rather fast. Nobody, or very nearly nobody, has dodged one. And during the Stolen Planet in Series 4, you can see them fly quite fast.

Generally across all the Who I've seen (a lot) they are quite easily outrun/outmanoeuvred.

I've seen all of Doctor Who since 2005 (never could get into old Doctor Who), and I can't think of one example. Not even the Doctor could dodge them.

There weaponry can kill any organic object with one shot and Spartans probably have dirt on their suits which has bacteria causing a chain reaction that could kill a spartan instantly

They're very slow, and their weapons are evaded easily enough.

There are several guns that have been able to blow them up. Like the ones in the 50th anniversary episode.
