Anybody else find Kylo Ren to be a complete joke? He looked ridiculous, acted ridiculous, sounded ridiculous and was a compete pushover. He got destroyed by a girl using a lightsaber for the first time. I was expecting a very experienced and powerful Sith to be using a cross guard lightsaber.

He's imperfect and kind of weak, which was completely intentional. Now he has room to grow and develop as a character. It would be boring if he were to be introduced as some ultimate badass, and didn't grow or change in any way over the course of three movies.

But the cross guard lightsaber is something you'd expect from an ultimate badass. Not a scrub.
