SRL Hackers
This shit gets old real fast. Can't someone just play the -blam!-ing game for once without being stupid? Ruin the game for everyone. Earn that shiz. Don't cheat. Come on.

There is no Benefit to cheating in srl so I'm pretty sure no ones going through the trouble of lag switching to race it doesn't matter where you finish you still get loot hell most the time it's the ones on bottom that get get the better loot

I havent seen any cheating. What i have seen is that bungies coding finds it difficult to come to terms with somebody being lapped. On 3 occassions ive seen the guy in 6th place in front of me in the lead, i pass him and all of a sudden he's 2nd.

2 RepliesNo one cheats in SRL. In fact Bungie encouraged the 'Boost'. Aka going in with six to boost the S Class. (And kill the fallen walker) Lag [i]does[/i] play a big part though. I was having trouble with my connection the other night and everyone was rubberbanding. I ended up winning a race where i [i]definitely[/i] came in third by a lot. I recorded the race because it was so bad that i was afraid the other racers would report me. Lag issues help racers because the bumping doesnt work. Its fairly annoying. I typically will stop racing if i start seeing lag because its not fair to the other players.

Have seen lag were someone teleports around, have seen lag that makes the fan blades jump around instead of moving smoothly, and have been bumped around a lot. Have never seen anyone cheat, and every single time I have not come in first I can honestly say was my own damn fault for screwing up or trying to pass in the wrong place when I knew the person was going to bump me. Would like to see some proof of someone cheating, otherwise you need to man up and quit blaming your own lack of skill on "cheaters"

2 RepliesI've seen some fishy s#!+ too. From players that have some kind of force field around them to players who skip ahead to some that strangely get turbo speed the last last and you just watch them pull away from you despite you following the same line and have the same sparrow. I can only do a few matches at a time of this anymore because of all the last lap crap that occurs. That and it simply will NOT drop me a 320 item despite almost being at level 4. Best I've got were three 318 helmets and one 318 bond.

Simply report what you have seen to Bungie and your console manufacturer using their reporting tools. They will investigate and, if cheating was found, take action. Posting here is useless for action cannot be taken from forum complaints...

i was ahead for the entire race then with a lap to go suddenly some guy was in first by almost a half lap. he finished 20 seconds ahead of everyone. very strange. have not seen that b4 or since

Hack for what? There is absolutely no incentive to win. Last place gets theme same random rewards as first.

You can go in as a fireteam of 6. There is no reason to hack srl. Sounds like excuses to me.
