I found it a little unrealistic that Finn and Rey could just pick up a lightsaber and fight so good with it. I can see that Rey did have some experience with a staff, and Finn could've had some Stormtrooper training, but they were really good with it to be able to handle Kylo Ren so well

Finns only lightsaber kill was when he shanked that Stormtrooper.

Ren was trained how to use the force really, really well. I don't think he was trained with the lightsaber though. You can see how strong he is with the force, but the only times he has used his lightsaber would be when he is executing prisoners or having his hissy fits.

1. Kylo Ren was a nooby Sith trainee 2. Rey was already an experience fighter, and had the force, which she probably learned some about in her vision and the stories she's heard 3. Finn was pretty bad, and I don't even know.

Plot hole
-
Kylo was grievously injured, Finn got his ass kicked fairly quickly, and Rey is most likely Luke's daughter and more powerful than him.
-
If I shot you in the side would you still be able to beat up 2 first graders?
-
Look at the damage chewbacca's blaster had done earlier in the movie. It killed 2 storm troopers that it didn't even hit.
-
They spent a lot of time showing how strong the bow caster was just so people can use it as explanation of why he was beaten but instead they could have just had him best those 2 and lose by an incredible force push by Rey that throws him into a boulder disabling him.

Depends on the side. If you blasted my liver out with an energy weapon, probably not. That kills people. To give you an idea of how badly Kylo was wounded, think about how the wound was. He was shot with a laser-projecting rifle, so the wound should have been instantly cauterized. Instead, it was just bleeding profusely and through the burned flesh. While fighting them, Kylo was afflicted with -Liver failure (or rather the lack of one) -Burn wounds -Blood loss -Internal bleeding -Damage to his stomach and intestines -Most likely impaired on the left side of his body -At least one broken or shattered rib -Internal hemorrhaging Most people would have died on the spot or passed out from the pain. And then died.
