A true leader will encourage his team mates as opposed to threaten to kick.
Good morale is far superior to any other way to raid. Shit happens sometimes if you beat each other up you will lose patience very quick
Yesterday completed the oryx challenge first attempt sure it was a good team but we communicated well all through the raid and organised who would do what... Went down to a tea.
Experience is nice but if your willing to admit your not sure what to do it can be very easily explained.
People only need to know their role... All challenges are very easy if you ask me... Only thing to mess us up is Bungies glitches imo designed to feign difficulty (more probably the lack of dedicated servers)

Unfortunately, people don't take encouragement. I used to be the guy who stuck it out until my friends left the fireteam to make a team work. I finally said -Blam!- it, after someone took about 2 hours to cross the ships, then couldn't do anything on the war priest. He was not a first time. I've been much more satisfied with using a system like the OP, I'm here to win, not spend my time baby sitting.

Absolute trash tends to only be in the normal raid imo... I rarely struggle with my groups but I know what you mean sometimes people just couldnt hit a cows ass with a shovel... If thats you... Be damned sure your getting kicked soon if you dont improve We were all inexperienced once but theres really no excuse foe not being able to shoot these bosses or dodge being hit all it takes is to actually pay attention. Not exactly rocket science. Take oryx for example. If you cant run relic (why? This is prob easiest part) If you cant stand on a platform and shoot 1 knight twice Surely you can stand on top shooting ogres and knight 4 (minimum 1 is titan) Ogres and knights spawn in an order and always in same positions. Ogres spawn first where oryx slams rotating round anti clockwise following the order you jump. Please be aware of that and NOT standing around waiting for no.4 to spawn that happens far more than it should on normal thankfully hard it doesnt... The knight spawns OPPOSITE to the ogre you killed I.E Ogre 1 dies front left knight spawns front right Now i dont have a problem if you have never done this, all i ask is please LEARN do not pretend to know what you are doing... Nothing more annoying
