Yeah there is some lag switching going on in addition to just normal lag from bad connection. I have run into lag switchers once or twice (though they are wasting it on me I am not that good usually sooner or later I bump a wall or screw up a turn and they could then pass me easy). Sadly there are people who are going to find a way to cheat in any game with PVP element. It is just one of the things we have to deal with. So far the I would say that lag switching is very very rare in SRL for now, maybe the switcher are still trying to learn how to use it to their advantage. Yes it is very frustrating when you encounter someone doing it but all in all it is not something I worry about to much. Besides there is always the next race.

Please don't be this guy. It became his crutch. Sad little crutch like Tiny Tims. God bless us every one.

Yeah I have played with the type. My point I guess is just let it go put 'em on your avoid player list and move on. Unless you are recording the match there is not much anyone can do.

possible force kick a player that displays certain criteria deemed Lag Switching, and not just a bad connection. That'd be sweet.
