My first time running it there were 4 'noobs' including me in the fireteam (I knew what to do anyways) and we cleared everything first try except sisters and oryx, maybe took us two tries on Golg..
I now base every run of KF on that first try

Shhh it sounds better if you don't say it that way.. My second time running it the group was experienced and took over half an hour just trying to open the warpriests door
