To the answer the question, yes.
Pre made teams made of people that are competent and work well together tend to do better against teams randomly thrown together.
I'm not against OMM, but if it was going to come it would already be here. They're already in the habit of giving us old exotics. I don't expect to see anything new in the works as far as matchmaking goes.

You miss the point. Mm is already in the game. They just dictate how it is used. They purposely do it to exclude players.

Maybe they do. You wanted a question answered, I answered the question. Sparrow Racing and OMM has been on the list since the beginning. They gave us SRL as a limited event. Maybe we'll get OMM as an extra tab in the menus after paying for an unlock in Eververse. The time spent campaigning for OMM could also be spent looking for people. Many of people have commented on other OMM posts needing people, but they don't group up. You could create the "OMM" clan and you'd have an endless supply of people. Utilize the resources given while campaigning to make the game a better place.
