Raids, ToO and Nightfalls are considered "end game". They're main sources of loot to get to high levels.

i have understood end game activity to be the things you do after you finish the story and aquire high end gear. every ctivty in destiny allows you to get high end gear(light level 320) but everything is random. so what is the issue?
