I've used them in PVE & they work the same as in PvP. Althought Im not saying the dont work in PVP, they just dont seem to work as good as they did. Now it kinda feels like if a guardian is moving the nades lose all motivation to track them if that makes sense. It feels like in order to get a kill with them the target has to be completely still, Im not asking for overly aggressive tracking like the Hunt swarm nade (which I have no problem with), but the decrease seemed really unnecessary.

Maybe you've built a higher expectation from your time with the absence of the manacles because I've never heard of manacles nerfs look it up maybe find it out or tips adjusting to the nerf or like I said above perhaps it's only your heightened expectations

The nerf was announced in patch notes and it's very noticeable.
