I don't need that much practice with it. You must have a dedicated team. My team still needs to find a couple randoms and not all of us have multiple chars. 3 complete runs in 2 hours is impressive. But I'm guessing your starting from totems or warpriest on 2nd and 3rd run.

Nope full runs take 45 mins or less

Nice I've never had a team that was super serious like that. I mean we one shot bosses and probably still don't come close to 45 min. More like an hour and half maybe a little less. I've never actually timed a raid though.
