If your frame rate on your TV and console drop then they can't handle it, it has something to do with your latency as well.

  • No frame rate drop bud, it crashed the whole game freezing the image on screen (freezing completely, like if it was a picture - it's static)

  • Which happens when your latency and frames drop like a lag spike.

  • Idk if you are saying that was a connection problem that caused this, but my Internet connection was fine, no latency drop no lag due to connection issues, it's weird cause I already got fps drop on destiny because of some others explosion but it never crashed the game before.

  • It has to do with your system's (most likely PS3 or 360) ability, or lack thereof, to process all the information quickly enough. It has been documented that the more hostiles in the area combined with an up-close firefly explosion causes the system to bog down, and in that spike... Freeze! The old systems are stretched to their limits, there is a perk for Sunbreaker that will not work on them, so they simply disabled them (Explosive Pyre, for example). Many animations for gear do not show up, or are not as detailed as on the newer systems. It's simply a limitation. There may be no fix short of taking away the animation. Don't shoot things that are right in front of you in the face, and all should be well. But... shoot all other things in the face.... :)

  • First of all, I'm playing on Xbox one. Second of all, I already searched and plenty of people are getting the same problem after the "fix" patch that didn't quiet fix.

  • K, sorry? Are you running a bunch of other stuff in the background? Early console or a more recent one? You don't have to answer that, it may or may not matter. It does seem to be this weapon only though as I use Hung Jury, a sniper, and other weapons with firefly on a 360 and a One and have had no issues. To much Bang for yer Buck? Good luck, hope they fix it soon!

No, I only play destiny, my console is up to date, it's not new either and I use ssd as well (it's better for loadings and stuff), I use samsung 850 pro ssd that is one of the best on market today, it's expensive and new
