Perfectionist for the replacement of mulligan is a good idea, but I think it should have partial refund (getting an assist kill will give you ammo) is a much better perk for people that can't get headshots with the gun yet.

true, one friend had a better one, Unflinching. the gun is designed to headshot and should do far more damage at a far higher percision bonus that what is listed. that is the bottom line, partial refund could be good. i do look forward to what bungie might do to this gun in further updates, if they do it right.
