If I remember correctly the detainment bubbles were severely nerfed because people couldn't shoot their way out of them.

Those were fine, a full clip of found verdict or get the buff off the jail dude

This and I had my celestial nighthawk to blow through all three shields incase the eye decided to not show up

The eye was the biggest douche. He'd wander around behind the yellow Hobgoblins, and if I remember correctly, his buff lasted only 10 seconds.
