Anakin has the most raw powerful connection with the force as far as I know. Luke had more finesse with the force due to Yoda's training, and made the right choices where Anakin failed. Leia as far as I know doesn't use the force.
But then again I haven't got too far into the EU.
Luke & Leia morally, and Anakin combat wise.

EU Luke could easily kill superman. It got kind of stupid after Fate of the Jedi. We're talking green force lightning, black holes, sensing a entire Star Wars fleet hyperspace over a planet from a few star systems away. He's kind of... hilariously broken as a concept. You right though movie wise.

Fate of the Jedi did go a little too far. That being said, even after the Yuuzhan Vong War they left him brokenly OP.

Not fate of the Jedi, legacy of the force. It was like they just decided to stack every weird force quirk on one person forever and ever. I'd be surprised if he even was able to stub his toe, he's practically a god by the end of EU. This is probably why EU was taken from canon. Who the hell is he gonna fight?
