Pro Tip: Engrams are set the moment you pick them up. Meaning if you have race gear on when u get a 3oc exotic it's always going to be 290 :-(

no true...change to your higher light gear when you decrypt and you will be fine.mine have all been 310

I'll vouch as well. Just be sure to switch back on your highest light gear. Mine is 308 (now 309) and I've been 100% on getting 310 gear. Just not the items I want.

Nope, I got my 310 twilight garrison after a sparrow race where I had full gear on,

No it isn't because my twilight garrison came at 310 and i was light 211 from racing gear
