Eververse Licensed Sparrows
So, I read the latest hotfix about reward drop mishaps or so of such and was wondering if that applied to the Eververse licensed sparrows such as the Laurelbearer and so on. Are these ACTUALLY rewards? Or can I no longer receive the sparrows without getting the record book (excluding the Snowscream and Lightsteed)?

There was only the one that was tied to the book. The momentum breaker or something like that. It's the one that matches up with the SRL colours. The rest that require an Eververse License are obtained through the sparrow kits which can be bought from Tess, are a possible nightfall reward (for some reason) or u get one for completing the S class license quest on your first character. The lightrunner is also through other means and can only be obtained randomly from the horn kits.
