Most players like this one pull these numbers out of their ass , like i mean seriously he wants to buff all pulse rifles back into the S tier of weapons. If he wants such low times to kill he should go to COD.

Whether he "pulled it out of his ass" or not, a lot of this sounds like it would improve the game tenfold.
