You can't compare those two glitches moron.
This community cries about things they don't even know about.
Thank you bungie for fixing this issue so quickly, and sorry these forums are full of idiots

You're the idiot Open your eyes

How about you open your eyes and learn about coding because this guy is right.

Dude, the issue is that Bungie has a long history of quickly fixing things that affect them and taking forever to fix things that affect us. Let's go all the way back to the very first Queen's wrath event. Legendary items which were relatively easy to collect and dismantle for shards from that event were patched OVERNIGHT. This was at a time when shards were very hard to get. Then, there is a veritable firestorm on the forums asking for more vault space which they do not even respond to for a month and take another two months to implement.
-
Bungie themselves said that implementing more vault space is extremely hard. But your biased mind didn't process or remember that.
-
It took them a month to even recognize the issue! Weekly update after weekly update the comments section were filled with cries for more vault space. They had no problem adding bumpers to prevent Atheon from falling off the edge, but they took months to fix the tons of glitches that were in that raid. A good amount of the glitches weren't even fixed until CE had dropped and we were dealing with all the glitches in the Crota fight. Of course I'm biased, everyone is and there is no denying that. What I can say for certainty is that a large portion of the player base feels that Bungie has no problem fixing the issues that they want to fix which tend to make things harder for us, yet they seem to take their time with the items that the entire community is screaming about. But your biased mind obviously has not processed or remembered all of those things.

What about dedicated servers? There pretty easy to set up. I used to run one for counter-strike back in the day.
-
Dedicated servers are not easy to set up. They also would have to devote a lot of time and resources midway through the games life span. It's not worth it, from a business perspective.
-
There actually relatively easy. I can program a deos or rsam with 100 plus encrypted and unencrypted lines in under 3 hours. And midway through its life span? It's a "10 year game" so it would actually be a wise investment. Or just give people the option to host there own servers......
-
10 year franchise, but nice try. Destiny 2 is coming out next fall, bud. This is year 2 of Destiny 1, therefore halfway through its lifespan. If dedicated servers are so easy and cheap, why are they so rare?
-
There not rare at all. Most FPS games have dedicated servers. Your retardation amuses me..... you know your beyond wrong but still try to argue a point. You clearly knew what I meant by "10 year" I didn't know I had to get down to nitty gritty facts just to avoid you finding something to nit pick to try and validate a point that you know is not right.
-
Here we go again, another person that doesn't know what they are talking about.... Because setting up a dedicated server for counter strike in your mothers basement is the exact same thing as for destiny.... smh.
-
Hmmm. Seeing I'm a programmer in the marine corps I think I know a little bit about programming. They don't let just anyone program satellites. But I guess you wouldn't know that since your still in your mom's basement. I left mine back in 2006 when I went to this fancy place called college on a full ride football scholarship. Sorry a dedicated server I set up back in 2006 made you so butt hurt. Did you get your promotion at McDonald's yet?
-
Networking and programming are two different things moron. Wouldn't expect anything more from a stupid boot. I bet you sit on a cop all day and don't do jack sht. Why don't you stand at parade rest before making a dumbass reply like that
-
I was giving a refrence ;) I guess your superior intellect caught that...... I've probably been in quite a bit longer then you rofl. Parade rest? Parade these nuts I don't even stand at parade rest when talking to officers.
-
I don't even stand at parade rest when talking to officers.
You just proved you are not in the military. You don't stand at parade rest for officers, you stand at attention. That's all I needed to see. Took a screen shot of this to show my buddies. Have a nice day.
Also, you're muted
You have to love the people that don't know who they're talking to. If you are Marine Corps, I'll be joining you soon. Hopefully.
-
Yutt Yutt devil pup. Have you decided on a MOS?
-
I don't know what I'm good at yet; just computers. Probably somewhere along the line of yours. We'll have to see; the Marine Corps stopped by with their scholarship. Wherever life takes me.
-
Well just remember recruiters lie to you that's their job. They will give you very vague answers at best, some will flat out lie to you. If you want to program I'd look into anything 06 "comm". Specifically data. RO's do a little bit with tac chat but it's fairly simple and wire does do programming but you'd have to be lucky enough to be at the regimental level other then that they will be told here is x amount of cable, here is where it needs to go. My best advice is don't go 03 "infantry". They are treated rather poorly at times and when you get out law enforcement or private contract military are usually where they end up. With say comm your options are a little more open for example programming for AT@T or BOEING things of that nature that can land you a 6 figure job right out of the military.
-
Thanks. That actually helps a lot.
-
No problem anytime. I'd ask a little more about there scholarship program. Get all the facts first. In Illinois or Texas it's 100% or it used to be for active duty I'm not sure if they changed that or not but they did change it for the reserves that you had to spend x amount of time active to be eligible for certain things I think it's like a deployment or 2? Idk I re-upped haven't really looked into the whole college funding deal.
