It has been proven that snipers do not have bullet pull.
This is lag.
I have died enough times behind walls to know that sometimes shots don't register when they should.

Have you never shot someone and they take no damage even though you are right there? The same can apply the other way around. Destiny is a game were you can even be green bar, and still lag tremendously. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1WIVLXxfPFM This video shows that snipers do not have bullet pull and aim assistance does not affect that value. I have had times were I sniped someone and said to myself, there is no way that was a head shot, as the other way around, how was that NOT a head shot. This kinda stuff happens all the time in this game.

Yeah PVP in this game can be quite frustrating.

It's the lack of servers. You get punished for having a good connection really.
