I just lost all hype for Highwire games. I was excited as to what Marty was doing, but I see a few things wrong. A) PS Exclusive. Uh oh.
B) built entirely for VR. That doesn't sound good either. Especially if you have to walk. I've heard an interesting argument that VR only really works if your character is stationary, or sitting down, because then you don't have to move. Unless ps VR is very different from oculus rift, this seems bad to me.

I agree with you on VR but who cares if it's PS4 exclusive

Me, because I'm not planning on getting a ps4, so I'm kind of disappointed.

Edited by Guardian9176: 12/7/2015 8:52:05 AMA) it's an exclusive game for a console that already has over 30 million consoles sold through to the consumer B) admittedly this will make the sales much lower than going a non VR route C) they've already been giving demos to game journalists and the such where they play games that you move around a lot in (the mech game for it etc..), so it obviously does work in a setting where you move around.

Edited by ZireRanger: 12/7/2015 1:57:31 PMThe thing about exclusivity is more of a problem for me, as i don't plan on getting a ps4, let alone a VR headset. Your third point is also fair, but again, in my opinion, it doesn't work. Unless ps VR works differently and can track the location of the headset, rather than just rotation, it simply won't work as well as it could.

How come you don't plan on getting a PS4?

I have no interest. I'm an xbot, and already have an Xbox one, so I don't feel like spending more money on another console.
