To Yulu 4. The GF posted a bounty for a interplanetary trafficker. Last I heard, he was set up there.

So, the guy were looking for, Mazu, or something, apparently has a haunt at the local night club about three blocks away. Flashing lights, loud music... This guy must want to be assassinated.
