You have to do the strike essence of Crota, the one where you are invisible. Snipe them from underneath in the water. Take ice breaker bc it regenerates ammo, take a good scout rifle too

Um... what? You're not making any sense. All you keep saying is where to stand. I asked a question. You didn't answer the question. Here it is again... "Don't they (Ir Halak & Ir Anûk) disappear once I grab the essence and I'm detected?"

When you snipe them from the water they will not disappear.
