When WoW was first released on the world developers and ESPECIALLY community reps would play actively with the playerbase on a daily basis. Blizzard understood the importance of transcendence for such a complex game. So we all played together and had the same impressions of the game and its development and progession. If they werent in the game playing with people, they were on the forums responding to almost EVERY single question or concern because feedback should be important for both the consumer and the creator... for the sake of a games quality. To which they decided to name these forum replies "Blue post" and to this day, to the best of my knowledge, they still do "blue post"... DAILY...
Because they knew what responsibly responsive community management is and how it is key. It is the reason WoW progressed into a record breaking 100 million registered users. Destiny wont even reach half of that number if they keep their current train of thought and dont make extreme and necessary change.
