What about the Year 2 players? They can't get them either? It's strange because I'm pretty sure I've seen some HoW Fallen in one of the caverns in the moon; they're just not the one's I'm looking for.

They were for the public advents like the taken that appear and are now gone

They should at least have added it to the HoW questline available in the Tower kiosk. Or have Petra's bounties still be "Wanted" bounties.
