It's removing it. I think it wouldn't be a problem if it stayed.

Yeah but your video is basically saying it doesn't really effect anything and if you're going for the precision kills it won't make much of a difference. In which case, a nerf shouldn't matter

I really love the perk. It's random but is still pretty helpful. It's not necessary but I wouldn't like to see it removed.

The fact that you made a video and a forum post says you rely on it too much. If you are constantly reloading on litc perk, it works out to 40%. Most people who are good Snipers are happy it's getting nerfed. Sniping is already borderline op. Adding perks like this is a broken mechanic.
