Edit: maybe if they were allowed to carry rocket launchers and ar's they would've been fine.
Edit2: if any of you play counterstrike or watch it, you know that they should've force bought instead of eco'd.

A lot of shooters would second guess their targets if they knew there's a good chance civilians might have guns. Just a thought. That's probably why they were wearing body armor or maybe they were anticipating more police.
