Any certain gunsmith rank you need to be? I know I've turned in 4 fusion rifle pieces. But no quest. Wtf! !

3, you have to be rank 3 or it won't show up, after rank 3 it shows up on the next daily reset.

I don't think there is any certain rank but you do need to be online the day it comes. The First Firewall Story Mission releases one a month you can see the dates on the forum thread to see when you need to stay alert also I will message you at the next release of the mission as soon as I see it. Had to wait until the 7th day of the month. Didnt know that. Did it last month and got the sleeper
