I didn't read the body, only the title.
Bungie [b]does[/b] listen. That is why guns get thrown around and tampered with.

nope.. they actually just check which gun is on top and nerf that and buff the second in place... even if thats completely pointless , see the icebreaker nerf.. which was absolutely unneeded..
