Once you have handed four Dvalin in to the gunsmith the next step is a mission on Earth called "First Firewall". So keep checking for it each day. HOWEVER note it is very rare. So far in all the time since TTK started it has only appeared twice. It must be getting on for a month since it last appeared so it is probably due quite soon.
There may be no pattern to it but the last time it appeared was a Satruday so it might be a Saturday when it appears.
To be honest, at this stage, I don't know why Bungie are time gating this so sparingly. Everyone who really wanted one probably already got it in the first or second go so I don't see why they wouldn't simply make the mission available all the time for those who have the four Dvalin or at least maybe once a week?

It's on the 7th of each month. Bungie's favorite number is 7, every Halo player knows this eg Vidmaster Achievements, Bungie Day, ect.

How do you know when to capture the Dvalin parts? And where do you grind them? Thanks!

It's probably worth googling for a more definitive answer but I've found that you seem to have an increased chance of picking them up when you make a multi-kill, typically that means either a wide-spread Super or a rocket launcher. It seems completely random when it occurs though. I think I've got all mine just from doing various patrol stuff though I think I might have got one at the end of one of the original story missions that I was replaying just to get a 3oC kill. I was pretty sure I had got all four on each of my 3 characters but then just the other day I had another one drop on my Hunter. Now it could be that I miscounted and that (my lesser played character) maybe had only got 3 up to that point but on the other hand maybe it's possible to get more than four. But it's just 4 you need for a character to then be able to see the First Firewall mission when it finally appears.
