Hey does anyone know if the dude sells big boy again? Mine randomly disappeared.
Since I'm like level 70 or so I'd rather not start a new game

Just wait 2 days and keep checking his inventory, the items will cycle between vendors for all you know a random caravan trader might have it in bunker hill.
