There is no customer service or support, whether it is for a purchase problem, or any problem.

You're equating "Bad Customer Support" with not having any. I get it, that's the perception but that's not what I meant. Every company that provides something to people has some level of Customer Support. Whether it's good or bad support is another question. Holistically speaking yes they should be doing a better job. I'd like to think this post can help them achieve that.
