I've gotten 6 of these snipers from nightfall, exotic engrams, and just random drops in general. I've gotten them back to back on nightfall for 3 weeks now. What the hell? I know the loot table is increasing in December but come on bungie. Your practically handing these things out and it's not that great of a sniper. These rewards for nightfall seem to be very boring and not worth doing the nightfall for.
