Because it's a raid. realistically you should have 6 people.

Why? It's level 26. The gear isn't relevant anymore. The raid isn't relevant except for NTTE. It should be under-sizeable.

Your missing the point. The raid was made for 6 people. not 1 not 2 but 6 people. If you want to scoop up the duties of the other fine, but the raid doesn't care, the raid is designed for 6 people so when you get to gatekeeper, it says "Ok, 2 people to take relics, at least one has to be outside, a conflux needs to be defended and then on to atheon." I was not made to be done by two people.

But it is doable with two, were it not for the artificial restriction of needing more. And it's a hell of a lot more fun with two, than it is with six now. Level 40 it, or uncap the size restriction.
