Best omelette is cook turkey bacon on the side til crisp, cut into small pieces, scramble 2 eggs, melt butter in pan, put eggs in pot, let bottom cook while poking holes so you can flip easier, flip, put pieces of turkey bacon and swiss cheese on top, fold the omelette, push down on omelette with spatula, put on plate and eat.
