I've completed the game twice and I don't know what to do anymore :(

Explore, listen to all the signals you pick up. Some of them led to interesting back stories. Read every terminal you find. Build!

Get really into the armor and weapon crafting. Just customize the crap out of your gear.

Finishing the storyline isn't completing the game. In Bethesda games, fallout & elder scrolls, the storyline is only a small part of the game. I'm 6 days of playtime into my first character, haven't met the BoS yet. Haven't gone to the railroad. Haven't found the Institue. I waste hours building bases.

I hope they put the base building in the next elder scrolls game. That's just sounds so awesome. Could do some cool things building forts of mages and Knights and what not!
