I don't think these character could be guardians to not be resurrected. And why would a fallen care about a human? It would just kill the child or leave it to die.
All these characters seem to be overly special to the point they seem un-relatable and tacky.

Maybe so, but this is a fantastic example of the writer stretching the boundaries of the Destiny universe to find new, non-canon stories that are remotely possible given the current lore. Besides, character diversity such as this will provide a more interesting experience than three guardians shooting at a cave for hours on end or killing Sepiks Prime over...and over...and over again.
-
I have no problem with stretching unexplained lore. Just the back story of the characters is what I have issues with.
-
Well, I respect your opinion. However, I am curious about how these diverse backstories will affect the characters--something that our own re-constructed guardians have trouble with. It is this lack of past experiences which, in my opinion, makes them even more un-relatable.
-
I am not saying back stories are bad, I am saying a human raised by fallen and an Exo raised by a random AI are unbelievable and unrelatable do to this

Variks cares about petra and the queen.
u sum fgt or sumthin?
-
Why yes I am what you call a fgt. But he only cares because they are in charge, and he may fear what will happen when someone less merciful takes charge.
-
Doesn't state that really
-
Doesn't state he likes them that much either. In truth he is ashamed that he serves them
-
Have u ever listened to the dialogue or listened to variks talk in the reef? Obviously not lol
-
Have you read his grimore? Obliviously not.
-
I've Read some of the grimoire. But I don't spend my time from the game reading grimoire. I do productive things Cus I'm not a fgt as u claim to be
-
Productive like argue on the forums?
-
Sometimes, but I see u are arguing on these forums as well. In fact looking at the original reply to this post, seems like u were looking for trouble Fgt
-
I wasn't looking for trouble, I was being critical because I spent the last three years breaking down stories to analyse core values and themes. And yes I am arguing which is far from productive, but I never claimed to be productive.
-
Well it defiantly be possible, as the fallen feel like that the last city robbed them of their traveller, leaving them scoundrels in the wasteland. So when they saw this kid they could've seen something of themselves in him. So it's not impossible, it's just the fact we've never had the time to talk to them about, just busy killing them. :(

Variks is fallen
-
Variks like the other fallen that help the awoken were captured and told they would be kept in prison or killed if they did not serve the queen. They were forced to help the awoken and now Variks does it solely to stay alive. There was no mercy on their part
-
They are tacky, for now. This is just a summary. To be honest, you might even be better off reading the series without the character summaries. I just wrote this as a little something so people would be able to distinguish it from Tower High
-
I will read it and see.
-
Lol they're not in the first episode
