By the time you get back from boot camp Xbox won't matter much anymore.
Tips for Boot:
Be as fast and as loud as you can. Do everything to the best of your ability.
YOU WILL GET DESTROYED NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO.
Everything you do is wrong even if it's right. That's the way it works.
Never let go of your rifle. Ever. Keep it clean.
While you're there it will seem like the hardest thing you've ever done. Once you get to the fleet you'll see how easy it was lol..

No disrespect but you can be in the military and still enjoy video gaming. Even if you wont have as much time as you used to.

Oh don't get me wrong, I'm not saying you can't be in the military and be a gamer. I'm not saying that at all. But he probably won't be too worried about it. He'll be more worried about training and hitting the gym for about a year or two before things calm down for him.
